Primary Responsibilities
- Develop prospects, connect with customers, and surpass sales objectives
- Complete property evaluations and provide precise, prompt estimates
- Establish lasting client partnerships through consultative sales methods
- Attain 40% sales conversion rate on company-provided leads
- Present persuasive sales demonstrations and actively pursue referrals
- Attend weekly development sessions and sales conferences
Essential Qualifications
- Demonstrated sales background or strong motivation to succeed in sales
- Exceptional customer service and communication capabilities
- Self-directed, driven, and goal-oriented

Compensation Package
Income Potential: $50,000 - $150,000 annually (commission-based)
