What are the responsibilities and job description for the Experienced Tree Climbers position at Tri-State Tree Service?

Experienced Climbers:
- Professional climbing experience required 1 year minimum
- Skilled in climbing systems, rigging, and safe cutting techniques
Responsibilities:
- Perform and assist with tree removal, trimming, and pruning
- Support climbing and rigging operations
- Operate chainsaws, chippers, bucket trucks, and other equipment
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
- Properly use PPE and maintain a safe job site at all times
- Handle debris removal and job-site cleanup
Qualifications:
- CDL preferred, but not required
- Strong commitment to safety and teamwork
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical labor

Pay range $22 to $36 hourly based on experience.
