Tri-State Trailer Sales, Inc. is a leading provider in the trailer sales and service industry, with four full-service dealerships across Pittsburgh, Lancaster, Hubbard, and Cincinnati. We specialize in a variety of trailers, including petroleum and liquid commodity tanks, and are committed to meeting the needs of the trucking industry through quality service and extensive parts availability.
Responsibilities include:
- Retail and wholesale parts counter sales
- Communicate with customers to provide product information and answer any questions. (phone, email and in-person)
- Take, place, fill and receive orders accurately and efficiently.
- Stock shelves and maintain inventory levels.
- Ability to operate forklift.
- Deliver parts and visit customers as needed.
- Must be able to lift up to 105lbs.
- Assist mechanics with parts needed for service repairs.
Some heavy duty automotive/equipment, semi-trailer/truck parts or service experience is preferred.
Applicants need to be mechanically inclined and have good customer service skills, be organized, have a positive attitude and team player personality.
REQUIRED Computer Skills: Outlook, Excel, Internet Browsing, Inventory Tracking Software, valid driver’s license.
Experience in HD Semi-Truck/Trailer Parts Counter Sales is preferred, however, we are open to speaking with candidates with Automotive and Mechanical knowledge.
