Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time Bookkeeper role based in Fargo ND. The Bookkeeper will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, assist preparing financial statements, recording journal entries, and managing accounts payable and receivable. Additional responsibilities include reconciling bank statements, utilizing accounting software to process financial transactions, and supporting the finance team with reporting and compliance tasks. The ideal candidate will ensure accuracy and efficiency in day-to-day financial operations and contribute to the overall financial health of the company.
Also assist with Sales support Purchase orders etc.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Bookkeeping and preparation of Financial Statements.
- Experience with Accounting Software Quick Books and managing Journal Entries in accordance with accounting standards.
- Strong understanding of financial principles and practices in Finance.
- Highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field is a plus. but not required
