We’re looking for a Panel Control Technician who takes pride in precision, problem-solving, and building reliable systems. In this role, you’ll assemble and troubleshoot control panels that keep our pumping systems running smoothly and safely. What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Assemble and wire electrical components according to schematics and technical specifications
  • Conduct thorough testing and troubleshooting of control panels to ensure performance and compliance with safety standards
  • Assist with installation and commissioning of control panels at pump station sites
  • Monitor inventory of materials and components, ordering supplies as needed to keep production on schedule
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance panel design and manufacturing processes

What We’re Looking For:

  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in controls
  • Strong technical knowledge in key areas related to panel assembly and troubleshooting
  • UL Certification or willingness to obtain it
  • Familiarity with manufacturing software, project management tools, and quality assurance practices
  • Dependable, detail-focused, and safety-conscious

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to work in a variety of environments: office, manufacturing floor, and pump station sites
  • Capacity for long hours during peak project periods or installations
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs as needed for inspections or site work
  • Adequate vision and hearing to assess equipment, conduct inspections, and communicate effectively
  • Willingness to work in different weather conditions and occasionally in confined spaces
