Cook – Long-Term Care Facility Join the Tri-State Nursing Team!
Do you love creating delicious meals and bringing a little joy to people’s day? We’re looking for a Cook to join our team and help make mealtime something residents look forward to.

As a Cook in a long-term care facility, you’ll do more than prepare meals—you’ll help create comfort, connection, and a welcoming dining experience for the residents we serve.
What You'll Be Doing

• 
  Prepare breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks according to the daily menu.
• 
  Prepare meals according to residents’ dietary needs and special instructions.
• 
  Follow recipes and prepare food with care and attention to detail.
• 
  Ensure meals are prepared, stored, and served safely.
• 
  Keep the kitchen, equipment, and work areas clean and organized.
• 
  Assist with organizing and storing food and kitchen supplies.
• 
  Help prepare resident meal trays and assist with meal service.
• 
  Work closely with dietary and nursing staff to keep mealtimes running smoothly.
• 
  Create a friendly and enjoyable dining experience for residents.
• 
  Treat residents with kindness, patience, and respect.
• 
  Assist with kitchen duties and help keep the team moving throughout the day.
