Tri-State Medical Group is seeking a Marketing Manager (Market Development Manager) to work closely with the Director of Business Development. This role will support marketing and business development efforts, including content creation, social media strategy, and promotional materials to enhance brand awareness.
The Marketing Manager will help establish partnerships with healthcare facilities, insurance carriers, and brokers, identifying broker networks, completing applications, and expanding service reach to increase trip volumes across a territory that extends throughout NJ and into Eastern PA.
The ideal candidate is a self-motivated professional with a strong ability to work independently, take initiative, and drive projects forward with minimal supervision. They should possess excellent problem-solving skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to identify and capitalize on new opportunities that align with the company’s growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with hospital administrators, case managers, and insurance representatives to drive referrals.
- Work with leadership to develop outreach strategies that increase patient volume and expand our service network.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for business growth.
- Physically visit healthcare facilities, insurance companies, and potential partners to promote our services and secure contracts.
- Research and identify insurance carriers that broker nonemergency medical transportation services, then complete application processes to secure approval as a provider.
- Develop and execute social media strategies, including scheduling posts and engaging with followers.
- Assist with content creation for social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.), newsletters, brochures, and website updates.
- Monitor and report on marketing analytics to measure the success of campaigns.
- Maintain internal CRM (Salesforce).
- Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring our company is wellrepresented in the healthcare community.
- Graduate degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
- Healthcare industry experience or knowledge is a strong plus
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Creativity and ability to produce engaging marketing content
- Willingness to travel locally to visit facilities and promote our services
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Experience with social media management, content creation, and analytics tools is a plus
- Familiarity with healthcare provider contracting and insurance carrier approvals is a plus
