Ascendance is looking for an experienced, full-time Service Warranty Administrator. You’ll be the behind-the-scenes powerhouse ensuring warranty claims are accurate, compliant, and processed efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Process and close customer pay and warranty repair orders with precision
- File OEM warranty claims accurately and on time
- Review invoices to confirm labor, parts, fluids, and sublets are properly applied
- Code and submit claims following OEM and SRT guidelines
- Maintain accurate records in the business systems
- Edit repair order descriptions to meet vendor standards
- Act as the key liaison between Ascendance and OEM warranty departments
- Track parts returns and monitor claim progress
- 1-year fleet or dealership experience
- High school diploma or equivalent is required
