WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE – SHIPPING & RECEIVING
Location: Shreveport, LA
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Overtime: Available during busy periods

POSITION SUMMARY
The Warehouse Associate plays a key role in our daily warehouse operations and helps ensure our customers receive the right products accurately and on time. This position includes shipping, receiving, inventory control, order fulfillment, forklift operation, and general warehouse responsibilities.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately.
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments.
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
- Prepare and stage outbound shipments.
- Organize inventory and maintain proper stock rotation.
- Assist with cycle counts and inventory accuracy.
- Refill propane cylinders for forklift operation as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse.
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Assist with general warehouse duties as needed.
REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to safely operate a forklift (certification preferred or willingness to obtain).
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to repeatedly lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to spend the majority of the workday standing, walking, bending, and lifting.
- Basic computer skills for shipping and inventory systems.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous warehouse, distribution, or shipping/receiving experience.
- Experience with inventory management or ERP systems.
- Forklift experience.

COMPENSATION
Starting Pay: $13.00 per hour
