About Us Tri State Gate is a custom gate, fence, and automation company serving the tri-state area. We're a family-run business with a small, tight-knit office team, the kind of place where you'll know everyone by name in your first week. We're growing, and growing means hiring: office staff, customer service, skilled trades, and field technicians. This is a new position at the center of that growth.
We are looking for a Welder / Metal Fabricator to join our growing team. We build high-end custom gates, railings, pergolas, and fencing for residential and commercial projects throughout the region.
We are open to both experienced welders and skilled fabricators. Pay will depend on experience and skill level.
Schedule
Monday – Friday
7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Responsibilities
- Weld steel and metal components for gates, railings, and fencing
- Fabricate custom metal pieces from shop drawings or measurements
- Grind, prep, and finish welded components
- Assist with layout and assembly of custom projects
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Qualifications
- Welding experience required
- Fabrication experience is a plus
- Ability to read shop drawings is a plus
- Comfortable using grinders, saws, and fabrication tools
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable and able to work as part of a team
