We are seeking a self-driven leader with strong technical expertise in fire alarm systems. The ideal candidate will hold NICET II (minimum) in Fire Alarm Systems and have hands-on experience installing and designing systems. This role manages a team of installers and inspectors, providing positive leadership, guidance, and quality oversight.
Key Responsibilities- Design and install fire alarm systems that meet all codes and standards
- Create detailed fire alarm plans using CAD software, including AutoCAD
- Lead, train, and support a team of installers and inspectors
- Oversee system layout, documentation, and project scheduling
- Ensure high-quality work and exceptional customer service
- Collaborate with management on project planning and workflow
- NICET II (minimum) in Fire Alarm Systems
- Experience designing and installing fire alarm systems
- Proficiency with CAD software, including AutoCAD
- Strong leadership and team-management skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and dependable
