The Accountant/Financial Analyst responsibilities cover a wide variety of tasks. They will also be highly involved in the review and analysis of cost data and maintaining records for inventory and cost accounting. The role may also work in accounts receivable, accounts payable, labor or inventory analysis, credit card reconciliation, and new tax requirements setup. They need to be computer and software proficient as well as a quick learner and a flexible team member.

Key Responsibilities:
- Performs standard accounting and analysis related functions along with cost accounting related duties.
- Assist in the maintenance of the standard cost systems, policies, and procedures to ensure timely and accurate reporting of inventory and cost of goods sold.
- State tax setup and analysis for new and existing states.
- Manage status milestone invoices and communicate with sales teams on project completion.
- Process per diem sheets and calculate reimbursement amounts.
- Credit card statement reconciliation as part of overall credit card management.
- Complete paperwork and system setup for new vendors or customers.
- Run bi-weekly vendor payments by check, ACH, credit card and online payment.
- Manage COI / W9 records for 1099 and audits.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Minimum 1-3 years' experience.
- Experience with NetSuite a plus.
- Advanced reporting and Excel skills.
- Understanding and working knowledge of GAAP.
- Efficient, organized, detail oriented, and able to complete tasks in a time sensitive manner.
Physical Demands:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Ability to move boxes of support materials, documents or office stock up to 25 pounds with assistance.
- Standing and bending at filing cabinets.

Salary : $55,000 - $65,000
