Agricultural Work
You know hard work and operating a variety of machinery from a young age.
Operating Heavy Equipment
Such as tractors, loaders, trucks, or construction vehicles.
Welding or Heavy Metal Work
Hands-on trades that translate well to our environment
Mechanical Aptitude
If you like working with your hands, solving problems, or fixing equipment
Construction or Field Work
Field labor, trenching, pipework, or underground infrastructure. You know what it takes to be a high performing crew in a variety of conditions.
Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with any of the above experience is a big plus.
