This position reports to the General Superintendent.

- Act as the direct supervisor of Crew Foremen, providing leadership, direction, and accountability across assigned projects.
- Coordinate manpower, equipment, and resources for assigned projects.
- Ensure the jobsite is fully ready before crews arrive (access, pads, materials, and layout in place).
- Confirm vendors and subcontractors are prepared and aligned with the schedule prior to starting work.
- Build and manage project schedules.
- Prepare and submit daily work plans to clients.
- Oversee operations for assigned projects to ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and in alignment with quality standards.
- Represent the company professionally in the field to maintain effective communication between crews, management, and clients to foster strong working relationships and address concerns promptly.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in deep foundation or utility construction, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
- In-depth knowledge of drilled shaft construction techniques, geotechnical analysis, and transmission line standards.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- OSHA 30 certification and valid driver’s license required.
- This position requires frequent travel to active construction sites that may be in rural locations where you will be exposed to a variety of weather conditions including heat, cold, rain, and wind. You will work in environments with uneven terrain, heavy equipment, and ongoing construction activity.
