Tri-State Cylinder Head is a family-owned leader in precision remanufacturing, and we are looking for a dependable individual to join our production team.We don’t require prior experience in cylinder head work—we provide full on-site training for all technical tasks. We just need someone who shows up on time, follows directions, and takes pride in high-quality work.What You’ll DoAs a General Laborer/Technician, you will be trained to perform the following precision tasks:
- Machining: Operate a Rottler machine to cut valve seats to exact specifications.
- Quality Testing: Conduct vacuum and pressure testing to ensure engine component integrity.
- Precision Measurement: Measure recessions and verify tolerances.
- Assembly: Install core plugs and prepare heads for final delivery.
Schedule & Environment
- Hours: Monday – Friday, 5:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
- Work-Life Balance: Enjoy your weekends off and a consistent daytime schedule.
- Location: Work in our Evansville shop alongside a dedicated team of 40 professionals.
Requirements
- Extreme Dependability: This is our #1 requirement. You must have reliable transportation and a consistent attendance record.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to handle physical labor in a shop environment that can be hot in the summer and heated in the winter.
- Detail-Oriented: Ability to follow technical instructions and maintain accuracy in measurements.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent (Preferred).
