Role Description The Commercial Real Estate Agent role is a full-time, hybrid position based in New York, NY, with some flexibility for work from home. On a day-to-day basis, the agent will prospect and develop new client relationships, representing landlords, tenants, and investors across various commercial property types. Responsibilities include conducting market research, touring properties, preparing and presenting listings, and advising clients on pricing, positioning, and negotiation strategies. The agent will manage deal pipelines from initial inquiry through closing, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and maintain accurate records in brokerage systems and CRM tools. Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Commercial Real Estate, with knowledge of local market trends and property types.
- Active Real Estate License in New York State, or clear path to obtaining one within a defined timeframe.
- Experience in Brokerage or transactional real estate activities, including listing, leasing, or investment sales.
- Proven Sales skills, including prospecting, pipeline management, and deal negotiation.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust-based client relationships.
- Comfort with hybrid work, self-management, and use of digital tools (CRM systems, listing platforms, office productivity software).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced urban environment, manage multiple assignments, and meet deadlines and performance goals.
- Prior experience in New York City real estate or a similar market is beneficial; multilingual abilities are a plus.
