📋 Key Responsibilities

• Safe Operations: Operate FedEx-branded step vans or box trucks with a safety-first mindset.

• Efficient Delivery: Complete residential and commercial deliveries/pickups on a dedicated route.

• Tech-Savvy: Utilize handheld scanners and iPad for real-time tracking and logistics.

• Load Management: Manage vehicle organization and assist with terminal loading/unloading.

• Customer Excellence: Act as the face of the brand by providing professional, friendly service.

✅ Qualifications & Requirements

To maintain our high standards, all candidates must meet the following:

• Age: 21 years old (DOT Requirement).

• Experience: 1 year(s) of verifiable commercial driving experience (includes delivery, moving, landscaping/towing, or ride-share).

• Driving Record: Valid driver’s license with zero major violations or suspensions in the last 3 years.

• Physical Fitness: Ability to lift/maneuver packages (up to 150 lbs) and pass a DOT Physical.

• Reliability: Punctual "early bird" ready for a 7:45 AM start.

• Availability: Flexible to work a 7-day schedule, including weekends.

• Screening: Must pass a background check (7-year lookback) and pre-employment/random drug screenings.
