Plumber’s Assistant (Entry-Level) – Join Our Family Team
Location: Local to Genesee and Livingston Counties
Hours: 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM (hours may vary based on workload)

Position Overview:
As a Plumber’s Assistant, you’ll work side-by-side with experienced plumbers, learning the trade from the ground up. We’re happy to teach the right person—all we ask is that you show up ready to work, learn, and be part of the team.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist with plumbing installations, repairs, and service calls
- Measure and help prepare materials for jobs
- Keep tools, trucks, and job sites clean and organized
- Carry materials and equipment (up to 80 lbs)
- Follow directions and complete tasks carefully
- Handle repetitive work with a good attitude
- Jump in and take initiative when you see something that needs to be done
What We’re Looking For:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Someone who wants to learn the plumbing trade and stick with it
- Basic understanding of measurements (or willingness to learn quickly)
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 80 lbs
- Organized, dependable, and takes pride in their work
- Able to follow directions and work well with others
- Self-motivated—can recognize what needs to be done and take action
Bonus Points (Not Required):
- Any construction, labor, or hands-on experience
- Familiarity with basic tools
