We are seeking a dependable Distribution Associate to support warehouse and material handling operations while maintaining safety, accuracy, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
- Pick, sort, and pack orders accurately according to customer and shipping requirements
- Prepare, organize, and move material to stock
- Safely load and unload material from trucks and trailers
- Operate forklifts and other material‑handling equipment
- Open and sort containers using cutting tools
- Move product and prepare shipments per customer instructions
- Assemble crates and containers for shipments
- Maintain accurate location, labeling, and staging of all material
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
Qualifications:
- Warehouse or distribution experience preferred
- Forklift experience preferred (or willingness to be trained)
- Box truck driving experience is a plus, but not required
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail, safety, and accuracy
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Physical Requirements:
- Standing, walking, and lifting for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Desk and computer work approximately 10% of the time
Schedule:
- Full-Time position
- Overtime as required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.50 - $21.50 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 – 50.0 per week
