Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Field Technician located throughout Orange, Los Angeles and Riverside Counties. The Field Technician will perform property improvements, assist in restoration and construction projects, and operate equipment as needed. Responsibilities include completing assigned repair tasks in several trades, collaborating with team members, maintaining safety protocols, and ensuring high-quality project outcomes.
Qualifications
- Strong technical skills, including equipment operation and maintenance
- Knowledge of construction practices, safety protocols, and restoration techniques
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- Problem-solving skills and ability to perform physical, hands-on tasks
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in construction or restoration services is a must
- High school diploma or equivalent desired; additional certifications in construction or restoration are preferred
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
