Overview
We are seeking a passionate and energetic Toddler Teacher to join our vibrant early childhood education team! In this role, you will create a nurturing, safe, and stimulating environment for young children aged one to three years old. Your enthusiasm for early childhood development and dedication to fostering a love of learning will inspire our little learners every day. As a Toddler Teacher, you will play a vital role in supporting children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical growth through engaging activities and compassionate caregiving.
Duties
- Design and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote curiosity, exploration, and foundational skills in toddlers
- Provide attentive care, ensuring safety and well-being during daily routines such as feeding, diapering, nap time, and playtime
- Foster positive behavior management strategies to encourage independence and social skills among children
- Create a warm and welcoming classroom environment that encourages children to express themselves freely
- Collaborate with parents and guardians to share progress updates, address concerns, and support each child's individual needs
- Maintain accurate records of children's development milestones, attendance, and daily activities
- Implement health and safety protocols diligently, including first aid procedures when necessary
Experience
- Prior classroom experience working with toddlers in childcare or early childhood education settings
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices for early education
- Experience with classroom management techniques suitable for young children
- Familiarity with special education practices and working with children with disabilities is a plus
- Certification in first aid and CPR is highly desirable
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with children, caregivers, and team members in a nurturing manner
- Background in babysitting or nannying young children can be advantageous

Pay: $12.00 - $16.00 per hour
