Accountant / Bookkeeper

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Bookkeeper / Accountant to join our onsite team and contribute to our continued growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting & Bookkeeping

• Maintain accurate financial records and general ledger entries
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Perform bank, credit card, and account reconciliations
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports

Global & BPO Operations

• Support multi-entity and multi-currency accounting activities
• Assist with client billing, revenue tracking, and cost allocation
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure accurate financial data

Compliance & Reporting

• Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal financial controls
• Assist with audits, tax filings, and regulatory reporting

Team & Process Support

• Collaborate with the team in a fast-paced environment
• Help improve accounting processes and documentation

Qualifications

Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 3 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience
• Proficiency in accounting software and Excel
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Comfortable working onsite in Valencia, CA (This is not a remote position)

Preferred

• Experience in a BPO, shared services, or multi-entity environment
• CPA, CMA, or bookkeeping certification
• Experience with payroll and multi-state or international operations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
