You will be the primary point of contact for your accounts, ensuring services are delivered consistently, identifying opportunities for improvements, and maintaining strong relationships with property managers and commercial partners.Key ResponsibilitiesManage a portfolio of commercial landscape maintenance accounts, ensuring quality service and customer satisfactionConduct regular property inspections to evaluate conditions, verify service completion, and identify enhancement opportunities.Develop, present, and close proposals for enhancements, seasonal services, and site improvements.Work closely with field supervisors and crew leads to align expectations, schedules, and quality standards.Track budgets, contract performance, and profitability across assigned accounts.Respond quickly and professionally to service issues or customer concerns.Prepare documentation, reports, and recommendations for clients and internal teams.Assist with snow operations during winter, including site readiness, communication, and service coordination.Support business growth by identifying opportunities within existing accounts.QualificationsExperience in commercial landscape maintenance account management or similar field based role.Strong understanding of landscape maintenance practices, seasonal operations, and enhancement work.Excellent communication and relationship building skills.Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize daily tasks in a fast paced environment.Valid drivers license and ability to travel between sites.Experience with estimating or CRM or operational software is a plus.What We Offer:Competitive payComprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k), paid holidays, PTO, and vacationCollaborative company cultureOpportunities for growth and development
