The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and able to diagnose and repair both small engines and light-duty trucks.Key Responsibilities:Maintain and repair a variety of landscaping equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers, compact loaders, etc.)Perform preventive maintenance on trucks, trailers, and heavy equipmentTroubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issuesKeep accurate maintenance records and parts inventoryEnsure all equipment is safe, clean, and field-readyOccasionally assist with equipment setup and transportQualifications:3 years of experience as a small engine, automotive, or diesel mechanic (landscaping or construction equipment a plus)Strong knowledge of gasoline and diesel engines, hydraulics, and electrical systemsAbility to read and interpret service manuals and schematicsOwn a set of basic tools (specialty tools provided)Valid drivers licenseDependable, organized, and safety-focusedWe Offer:Competitive salary (based on experience)Health, dental, and vision insurance optionsPaid time off and holidaysSteady year-round workSupportive team environment
