We are seeking highly motivated wash and repair warehouse operators for our Ackley, IA location to wash and repair plastic seed bin containers using a variety of hand tools and plastic welding equipment.

What will you be doing?
• Evaluate seed bins to determine necessary repairs
• Wash seed bins using power sprayers
• Cut out replacement sections from the scrap seed bin
• Plastic weld the replacement section using proper welding techniques
• Diagnose common equipment problems and effectively communicate with maintenance personnel
• Coordinate with team members for maximum production efficiency and safety
• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts to reduce downtime
• Use basic hand tools for routine equipment adjustments and repairs
• Other duties as assigned

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk, hear, stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
