Responsibilities
- Assist senior technicians with service, maintenance, and repair of HVAC/R systems
- Perform preventative maintenance on commercial equipment
- Troubleshoot basic mechanical and electrical issues under supervision
- Learn system operation, controls, and refrigeration cycles
- Complete service documentation accurately and professionally
- Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicles in safe working condition
- HVAC/R trade school
- EPA 608 Certification preferred
- OSHA certification preferred
- Basic understanding of electrical and mechanical systems
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Hands-on training with experienced technicians
