Responsibilities
- Greet clients and their pets upon arrival, ensuring a friendly and professional atmosphere.
- Schedule appointments and manage the clinic's calendar efficiently.
- Maintain accurate medical records and handle medical collection processes as needed.

- Provide information to clients regarding pet care, treatments, and services offered at the clinic.
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and courteously. .
Experience
Ideal candidates will possess a background in veterinary care or animal handling. While not mandatory, experience in the following areas is highly desirable:
- Medical collection processes related to veterinary services.
- Knowledge in maintaining a sterile environment.
- Familiarity with or experience in dog handling is a plus.
