What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk/Administrative Assistant/Accounts Payable Clerk position at Tri-Parish Contractors?
Tri-Parish Contractors is looking for a business-minded self-driven individual to
join our team. We are seeking a responsible Administrative Assistant/Accounts
Payables Clerk to perform various administrative and clerical tasks. A minimum of
2 years of extensive Quick Book knowledge is required. Other Duties will include
but not be limited to:
Responsibilities:
-Greeting and assisting external guests and clients and directing them upon arrival
-Handling various office administration tasks
-Aid and support to company personnel
-Answer busy phones
-Manual entry of all vendor invoices
-Prepare batches of invoices for data entry
-Reconcile vendor statements
-Resolve invoice discrepancies accurately and promptly
-Manage weekly check run
-Receive incoming mail and distribute
-Assign POs and input data in PO Log
-Filing
Qualifications:
-Minimum of 2 years of extensive QuickBooks knowledge
-Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
-Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
-Proficiency in MS Office Programs
-Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
-Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
