Key Account Manager – Beauty/Healthcare
Tri-Pac, Inc., a contract development and manufacturing company (CDMO) specializing in liquid and aerosol filling for personal care and pharmaceutical brands, is seeking an experienced Key Account Manager for our Beauty/Healthcare division to join our fast-growing team.
The ideal candidate is a passionate, self-motivated, and detail-oriented team player, committed to customer success. As a Key Account Manager, you will oversee and coordinate all customer needs, including processing orders, managing new product lines, creating Bill of Materials (BOM), and communicating with the Tri-Pac operations team.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for all commercial needs of assigned clients.
- Create Open Order Reports and lead regular meetings with customers to review and resolve open issues.
- Act as the primary contact for reorder requests.
- Ensure client satisfaction by responding to inquiries within 24 hours.
- Support R&D Leads with New Product Development requests.
- Maintain ERP system data for materials, BOMs, pricing, and customer information.
- Coordinate artwork files, proofs, and approvals between the customer and component suppliers.
- Obtain and verify filling, assembly, sampling, and shipping information for accuracy, ensuring alignment with Tri-Pac Production and Specifications teams.
- Collaborate cross-departmentally to ensure smooth operations.
- Participate in internal and external meetings as required.
- Meet regularly with R&D Leads to review project updates, escalate issues, and provide solutions.
- Adhere to all safety procedures and practices in the Production and Laboratory areas.
- Foster a positive attitude and embrace the Tri-Pac work culture.
- Create and maintain a Customer-Supplied Inventory Report and review with the Inventory Manager; provide monthly updates to customers.
- Convert customer Purchase Orders to Tri-Pac Sales Orders, ensuring accuracy, price confirmation, and ship date feasibility.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred or equivalent experience.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent computer and communication skills (verbal and written).
- Proactive, deadline-driven, and customer-focused.
- Proficiency in ERP systems.
