Position Overview:
We are seeking 2 dedicated and detail-oriented Staffing Coordinators preferably with experience dealing with the NHTD / TBI patient population and the CHHA population to join our team. The Staffing Coordinator plays a pivotal role in ensuring our clients receive the highest quality care by effectively managing and coordinating caregiver schedules.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage schedules for home care aides to ensure proper coverage for client needs.
- Respond promptly to client requests and ensure appropriate caregiver assignments based on client preferences and needs.
- Collaborate with the HR and Intake teams to onboard new caregivers and ensure compliance with all licensing and certification requirements.
- Address scheduling conflicts and handle emergency staffing needs effectively.
- Communicate effectively with caregivers, clients, and other team members to ensure smooth coordination and exceptional service delivery.
- Collaborate with management to optimize scheduling processes and improve overall efficiency.
- Work with our referral partners to ensure a smooth relationship and all needs are met
- Participate in rotation of evening and weekend on-call
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in healthcare administration, human resources, or a related field preferred but not required.
- Previous experience in staffing an NHTD / TBI and or CHHA population within a homecare setting a plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with HHAexchange preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office suite.
- Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
- Knowledge of LHCSA regulations and compliance is a plus.
