Job Description
Join our chill, customer-focused team as a Hemp Sales Associate! This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a relaxed pace while making a real impact. You'll spend your days:
- Welcoming customers and educating them on our premium hemp and cannabis products, helping them find the perfect fit for their wellness needs.
- Crafting high-quality pre-rolls with pride—your attention to detail will shine through in every product!
- Handling sales transactions with professionalism and a friendly touch.
- Using downtime productively to build valuable skills that support our team's success, such as creating social media content, designing marketing materials, editing videos, conducting research and development, or tackling other small business tasks.

Requirements
- Strong customer service skills with a professional demeanor.
- Knowledge of hemp or cannabis products (we'll fill in any gaps with comprehensive training!).
- Eagerness to learn and develop new skills in areas like social media, design, video production, and R&D.
- Ability to multitask and take initiative during quieter moments.
- Pride in your work, especially when hand-rolling pre-rolls.
- Must be 21 and able to pass a background check.
- Reliable transportation to our Venice or North Port locations.
Previous retail or sales experience is a plus, but not required—we value enthusiasm and a positive attitude above all!
