Responsibilities
•Receive and categorize incidents.
•Perform initial troubleshooting.
•Manage ticket assignments.
•Track SLA response times.
•Provide user support and issue updates.
•Escalate issues when required.
Minimum Qualifications
•3 years application support experience.
•Experience using ServiceNow, Ivanti, or similar ticketing systems.
•Strong customer service skills.
