4 Day Work Week (40 Hours)
SHIFT START TIME: 12PM
Pay Rate: $19/HR to $20/HR
Benefits: 56 hours Paid Time Off - M/D/V Insurance - 401K with Company Match - Company paid Life Insurance and LT Disability - Benefits after 60 days
Basic Requirements:
- Be able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Undergo a pre-employment screening including a drug test and a background check
PRODUCT HANDLING
- Use proper product handling techniques to ensure products are not damaged while handling
- Ensure all product rotation practices are followed to ensure the oldest products are selected first
- Follow proper product stacking techniques to both minimize product damage and ensure pallets are easy to work for the service and merchandising teams
ACCURACY
- Pick all assigned orders accurately to ensure the proper items are selected
- Load all trucks with the correct orders and in the proper sequence
