This position is located in our office in Dallas (Belt Line and the Dallas North Tollway, 75254) and will require in-person work Monday through Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm. This is a full-time, hourly position and is eligible for benefits that include medical, dental, vision, disability and life insurance options, generous paid time off and 24/7 access to our employee assistance program.

Job Details
Summary: The Brand Ambassador is a member of the People and Culture Team. This position will provide support to anyone contacting or visiting our corporate office by answering calls, managing the flow of correspondence, creating a functional and hospitable physical space for employees and guests, and providing first-level support for technology questions.

Customer service

Provide exceptional customer service for callers and guests of the corporate office.

Process and distribute mail and packages.

Assist in preparing the office for special events.

Serve as a tour guide for Tri Delta’s Museum.

Physical space

Stock office supplies and monitor service needs of office equipment.

Stock kitchen and hospitality supplies throughout the office.

Serve as the liaison to the building management for maintenance, parking, common area concerns, security, access and building amenities.

Identify and problem solve to address cleaning, furniture, and storage needs.

Employee Support
-
Create, track and support onboarding and offboarding tasks for employees in Tri Delta’s task management system.

Order business cards and nametags for employees.

Oversee the shipment of technology assets, mail, etc. to remote employees.

Support staff travel to the office and ensure all visiting staff have a reserved space to work.

Technology support

Maintain member database, including updates to contact and status information.

Create help desk tickets for IT requests.

Respond to first-level IT tickets, including password resets and database access requests.

Coordinate with IT Support Specialist to send and receive technology assets.

Maintain the Zoom phone system to ensure proper operation of individual employee accounts and the main company phone line.

Maintain well-organized records of all administrative service contracts and relationships.

Reconcile billings against service contracts to ensure accuracy and that service level agreements are being met.

Qualifications
- High School diploma Required; 4-year degree preferred
- Knowledgeable of administrative and clerical procedures, including familiarity with Microsoft Office
- Demonstrates exceptional customer service and a willingness to learn
- Executes all tasks to the highest quality standards

Salary : $42,000 - $45,000
