Veterinary Receptionist / Client Service Representative
Tri-County Veterinary Services – Anna, TX
Tri-County Veterinary Services, a well-established, two-doctor family-owned practice, is seeking a Veterinary Receptionist / Client Service Representative (CSR) to join our dedicated team.

About the Role
As the first point of contact, you’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming and positive experience for our clients and patients. This position combines customer service, administrative support, and teamwork with our veterinary staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet clients and their pets upon arrival
- Answer and direct phone calls and emails professionally
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Provide basic information about services and pet health
- Accurately update patient records in our system
- Manage communication through email, text, and client portals
- Assist the veterinary team with administrative tasks as needed
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year receptionist or front desk experience (veterinary experience preferred)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency with computers and electronic communication systems
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
- Team-oriented with a positive, can-do attitude
- Veterinary knowledge is a plus, but we’re happy to train a quick learner with a passion for animals!
Schedule
- Full time: 5 days per week
- Additional hours available when filling in for other staff members
- One Saturday/month required: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- No after-hours or on-call shifts
Clinic Hours:
- Monday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Friday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- 1 Saturday per month 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
