Duties
- Lead and coordinate pool service and repair activities at multiple client sites, ensuring timely and efficient completion of tasks
- Perform comprehensive pool maintenance including cleaning, water balancing, and equipment inspections to ensure optimal operation
- Troubleshoot and repair pool plumbing systems, pumps, filters, heaters, and other mechanical components using appropriate hand tools and power tools
- Handle water treatment chemicals safely and accurately to maintain proper chemical balance and water clarity
- Conduct equipment repairs or replacements involving mechanical knowledge of pool systems and electrical components
- Maintain detailed service records, work orders, and safety documentation for each client visit
- Mentor junior technicians by providing guidance on technical procedures, safety protocols, and customer service standards
Requirements
- Proven experience as a service technician specializing in pool maintenance and repairs with a strong background in equipment repair
- Extensive knowledge of pool plumbing systems, water treatment chemicals, and mechanical components
- Ability to handle chemical agents safely while adhering to health and safety regulations
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment used in pool servicing
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to diagnose issues quickly and implement effective solutions
- Excellent communication skills for interacting professionally with clients and team members
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; willingness to travel between job sites as needed
Need to have experience with water treatment chemical handling, familiarity with complex pool plumbing systems, and previous leadership experience overseeing field teams.
