What are the responsibilities and job description for the Early Intervention Program Director position at Tri-County Therapy?
Early Intervention Program Director
Full-Time | Leadership Role
About Us
Tri-County Early Intervention is a newly established sister company of Tri-County Therapy, a well-respected pediatric therapy provider serving children and families across SC.
As we expand our services to include Early Intervention (BabyNet/IDEA Part C), we are seeking a strong, motivated leader to help develop and grow this program from the ground up. This is a unique opportunity to step into an integral role within a growing organization and directly shape the systems, culture, and long-term success of a new Early Intervention division. This position is expected to begin late Spring, 2026.
Position Summary
The Early Intervention Program Director will provide leadership, operational oversight, and strategic direction for Tri-County Early Intervention’s BabyNet program. This role blends program development, staff supervision, compliance oversight, and billing management with limited direct service participation as needed.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a growing environment, enjoys building systems, and is comfortable balancing leadership with hands-on involvement.
This is not a maintenance role — this is a build-and-lead role.
