Key Responsibilities:
● Curriculum Development: Design and implement a comprehensive engineering curriculum that aligns with MA DESE standards, integrating theoretical knowledge with hands-on projects and real-world applications.
● Instruction: Deliver engaging and effective instruction in various engineering disciplines, including CNC machining or electrical engineering, as well as engineering design processes.
● Assessment: Develop and administer assessments to evaluate student understanding and practical skills, providing constructive feedback to support student growth and development.
● Classroom and Lab Management: Establish and maintain a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment that encourages collaboration, creativity, and critical thinking.
