ABOUT US:
Thank you for your inquiry regarding our home infusion therapy service for the Fresno, Tulare, and Kings County and surrounding areas (i.e. Madera).
Our highly-skilled nurses are here to provide you with exceptional care for short-term or long-term infusion therapy in the comfort of your home.
Our nurses are proficient in a range of infusion treatments including intravenous immunoglobulin (IVIG), subcutaneous immunoglobulin (SCIG), monoclonal antibodies, nutrition therapy such as total parenteral nutrition (TPN), and antibiotic or antiviral therapy. We deliver safe and effective infusion therapy at the convenience of your home without compromising on safety and quality
POSITION:
We are looking for a PRN home infusion RN that is highly proficient in IV starts and able to work in the home care setting.
No prior experience needed in homecare infusions, but experience with general IV infusions in the hospital setting.
This position requires the nurse to work independently as a contractor with qualifications to include:
-unrestricted CA RN license
-pass background check & UDS
-carry professional liability insurance
-BLS
-immunizations
HIGHLIGHTS:
-Visits are about 4-8 hours per visit on average and pay is based on time of visits per hour (competitive pay).
-about 2 visits per/month/patient
-PRN/PD would be at least 2 - 4 patients/month.
-mostly IVIg and some Monoclonal ab
-be HIGHLY proficient in starting Peripheral IV
-RN working as independent contractor
-Professional liability insurance required
-service areas surrounding Madera County (i.e. Tri County- Fresno/Tulare/Kings)
-respond within 30min-1 hour of patient referral
-comfortable working in the patient home setting
