- Answering calls, emails, chats

Responsibilities
- Serve as the main liaison for customers, providing exceptional service and support throughout their experience with us.
- Onboard new clients by guiding them through intake and ensuring a smooth experience.
- Manage customer accounts using our industry CRM to track interactions from intake to orders, updates, and Invoicing.
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify upsell or growth opportunities based on customer needs and usage patterns.
- Coordinate with technician team to communicate customer insights and order changes as well as coordinate scheduling challenges that ensure a smooth customer experience.
Skills
- Strong customer management skills to handle multiple client efficiently
- Proficiency with CRM tools for tracking customer interactions and data management
- Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—to clearly convey information and build rapport
- Knowledge of sales strategies and customer relationship management best practices
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data for actionable insights
- Familiarity with marketing principles and analysis skills to support customer engagement initiatives
