WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

- Helping customers with auto glass replacement, glass repairs, showers, and more

- Answering calls, emails, chats

- Scheduling jobs tracking orders

- Solving problems

- Occasionally upselling

We are seeking an energetic and proactive Customer Success Specialist to join our dynamic team! Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main liaison for customers, providing exceptional service and support throughout their experience with us.
  • Onboard new clients by guiding them through intake and ensuring a smooth experience.
  • Manage customer accounts using our industry CRM to track interactions from intake to orders, updates, and Invoicing.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to identify upsell or growth opportunities based on customer needs and usage patterns.
  • Coordinate with technician team to communicate customer insights and order changes as well as coordinate scheduling challenges that ensure a smooth customer experience.

Skills

  • Strong customer management skills to handle multiple client efficiently
  • Proficiency with CRM tools for tracking customer interactions and data management
  • Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—to clearly convey information and build rapport
  • Knowledge of sales strategies and customer relationship management best practices
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data for actionable insights
  • Familiarity with marketing principles and analysis skills to support customer engagement initiatives

Pay: $17.00 - $23.00 per hour
