What are the responsibilities and job description for the Patient Service Advocate position at Tri-County Family Medicine?
We are currently seeking a motivated professional to join one of our growing health centers in a full-time capacity. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our patients, assisting them with gathering health information and connecting them to essential resources, insurance guidance, and prescription assistance.
While knowledge of medical terminology is an asset, we will train the right candidate. Being bilingual is also a plus!

Responsibilities may include:
- Greet patients and families, verify demographics, and gather essential information to ensure accurate registration and scheduling.
- Manage front desk activities, including appointment scheduling, answering the phone, and coordinating with clinical staff.
- Maintain patient records in EMR/EHR systems, ensuring data accuracy, confidentiality, and HIPAA compliance.
- Provide exceptional customer service, answer questions, address concerns, and route inquiries to appropriate resources.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $27.23 per hour
