A Lead Laborer oversees and coordinates daily job site operations in the electrical field, including trenching, site preparation, and restoration work. The role also involves performing and overseeing concrete work and asphalt patching to restore surfaces after excavation.
The Lead Laborer operates equipment such as a mini excavator, ensures all work is completed safely and efficiently, and maintains compliance with job site safety standards. Additional duties include communicating directly with customers to provide updates and address concerns, coordinating materials and tools, and supporting electricians as needed. This position requires strong leadership skills, hands-on experience, a clean driver’s license, and the ability to work in physically demanding conditions
Pay: $26.00 - $40.00 per hour
