What are the responsibilities and job description for the FAMILY INVESTMENT CASE MANAGER position at TRI-COUNTY COUNCIL FOUNDATION INC?
The main purpose of this position is to provide Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) participants opportunities to gain skills, training or work experience that will improve their employment prospects and reduce their reliance on SNAP benefits. Additionally, the position provides the means for all non-exempt SNAP participants to meet the mandatory SNAP E&T requirement of work registration, with specific focus on the Able-Bodied Adults Without Dependents (ABAWD) SNAP population
This position will be full-time, 40 hours a week and will receive health benefits and paid time off.
