Weatherization Programs Bookkeeper/ Coordinator
Tri-County CAP Weatherization program is looking for a bookkeeper and program coordinator specialist to direct work in the Weatherization department. The position is located in Berlin.
Primary duties will include coordinating the daily scheduling, Job Tracking, along with daily AP & AR. This position reports to the Program Operations Manager. Duties may include but are not limited to: subcontractor bidding, contracts and data collection. Respond to client and vendor calls. Coordinate development of work orders, assigning work to contractors, pre- and post-staff inspections, etc.
The position is 40 hours/week. Requirements include competency with Word, Excel and Microsoft Outlook, experience with multiline phone systems a plus, knowledge of construction terms and basic accounting is desirable.
Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent, with a 2-year degree preferred. , 3 months to 1 year similar experience, Able to work in a normal work environment with minimal physical exertion.
