DEPARTMENT: Intake Specialist (1)
SUPERVISOR: Lead Program Coordinator
JOB FUNCTION: Process and schedule clients lead-based paint hazard audits and perform routine office tasks.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Process clients placing information in system and determining income eligibility
- Coordinate with Program Manager and Program Coordinator in scheduling all appointments for initial lead testing
- Attend outreach events
- Follow up with clients for missing documents
- Assist Program Coordinator in contacting risk assessors and contractors
- Answer incoming phone calls; processing reports and other documents, when necessary; basic filing;
- Attend required conferences and training sessions.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Valid driver's license
- High school diploma or GED
- Intermediate computer skills
- Ability to use office equipment
