The Administrative Assistant is expected to maintain a caring and empathetic attitude toward individuals in need. The employee will strive to work as a member of the team and will make every effort to work effectively with the entire staff to serve the needs of the community.

What You Will Do:
- Greet and direct visitors to appropriate staff members.
- Provide general support to visitors regarding their inquires.
- Handle sensitive information in confidential manner.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings when necessary.
- Perform general clerical duties to include filing, typing, copying, and other administrative duties as assigned.
- High School diploma or GED is required.
- Minimum of two years of experience.
- Excellent communications skills (written and verball).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office strongly preferred.
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
- Strong organization skills with the ability to multi-task.
- Possess a valid driver’s license and submit to a background check.
