The hiring range for this opportunity is $163,000 to $220,000 annual salary along with incentive opportunities, creating a competitive total compensation package based on our pay scale, and may be modified by location and is commensurate with qualifications and experience.
Leads enterprise card strategy across Commercial, Small Business, and Consumer segments, with primary emphasis on commercial card growth, integrated payables, and scalable fee income expansion. Owns card product strategy, sales leadership, portfolio performance, and client implementation alignment, while partnering closely with Risk, Compliance, Operations, and Technology to ensure compliant and scalable delivery. Operates as the senior card leader and is responsible for executing the bank’s card growth strategy, modernizing the card platform ecosystem, and expanding interchange and fee revenue.

- Lead Enterprise commercial and retail card strategy; establish multi‑year growth objectives, product modernization priorities, and revenue targets aligned with Treasury and Commercial Deposit strategy.
- Directs Commercial Card Sales, Card Product Management (Commercial and Retail), and Card Program Leadership to ensure disciplined execution of portfolio growth, client penetration, and product lifecycle.
- Oversees Commercial card portfolio performance, including spend volumes, interchange revenue, fee income, retention, retention metrics, profitability, providing regular reporting and insights.
- Designs Implements commercial card product roadmaps, including virtual card, integration with payables, ERP integrations, and digital card management capabilities to support scalable revenue expansion and client adoption.
- Drives Commercial card penetration across the commercial banking portfolio by partnering with Treasury, Relationship Managers, and Retail Relationship teams to embed card solutions into processes and offerings.
- Partner With Finance, Risk, Compliance, Operations, and Technology to ensure controls, reporting, pricing, and performance. Also partners to improve customer experience, service quality, and operational efficiency.
- Monitor Interchange economics, network performance, rebating structures, and fee income. Works to optimize the economics of the program while supporting disciplined cost management and regulatory compliance.
- Supervises Staff hiring, coaching sales and related performance, and ensuring program establishes performance standards, succession planning, and maximum efficiency.
- High School Diploma or GED
- Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree Field of Study: Business, Finance, or related field
- Experience5–8 years: Experience managing commercial card programs (P‑Card, T&E, Virtual Card, Integrated Payables).
- Leadership6–8 years: Supervisory/leadership experience managing sales, product, or program teams.
- Project Evaluating card processors, tech partnerships, and digital modernization.
- Demonstrate Track record of growing interchange revenue and portfolio spend.
- Drive Experience managing card programs through regulatory exams and internal audits.
- Possess Strong communication skills with the ability to present performance results and strategy to senior leadership.
