Required Qualifications
- BA/BS Degree in Computer Engineering / Computer Science or a related discipline and experience.
- Experience with object-oriented programming languages (preferably C# or Python) and SQL databases.
- Strong understanding of trading workflows, pre‑trade and post‑trade compliance, and security operations.
- Proven ability to support business‑critical systems in a regulated environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills that apply an analytical approach to diagnosing and resolving complex system issues.
- Work effectively across business and technology teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting Charles River Trading & Compliance System, or a comparable institutional trading/compliance platform.
- Hands‑on experience with Charles River SaaS migrations or major platform upgrades.
- Experience working with APIs, system integrations, and cloud‑based platforms.
