What are the responsibilities and job description for the Competitive Coach and Club Development Coordinator position at Tri-City United Soccer Club?
As a full-time member of our coaching staff, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Serving as the head coach for two Competitive Program teams.
- Coaching within Tri-City United's Extras programming, including technical training opportunities as assigned.
- Assisting with club development initiatives through sponsorship and fundraising efforts.
- Working collaboratively with the Director of Coaching and club leadership while developing toward future Age Group Head Coach responsibilities.
- Supporting the mission, values, policies, and standards of Tri-City United Soccer Club.
Other duties will include:
- Sponsorship and fundraising sales, including sponsorships, advertising sales, and other approved club fundraising initiatives.
- Tournament assistance
- Other duties as assigned
