Tri-City United — Fargo-Moorhead-West Fargo’s Soccer Community with 3,000 member-players — is continuing to grow, and we are seeking organized, detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Age Group Coordinators (AGCs) within our Competitive Program.
Position Overview
The AGC is an administrative and operational support role. AGCs ensure that coaches and teams have what they need to run successful seasons, that parents receive timely, accurate communication, and players are set up for positive soccer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure coaches are present and prepared for all assigned training sessions and games
- Serve as the primary point of contact for parent communication within the age group
- Monitor schedules, attendance, and session coverage; assist with securing coverage when needed
- Manage roster information and updates in coordination with TCU staff
- Support the implementation of club-wide curricula and programming
- Coordinate information flow between coaches, parents, and other TCU staff and Directors
- Support a positive team and age-group environment
- Uphold TCU standards of sportsmanship, professionalism, and community values
- Build strong relationships with internal & external coaches, staff, and communities
- Assist with basic administrative tasks required for smooth age-group operations
- Provide timely handoffs and communication to other TCU staff and Directors
- Part-time, year-round position
- Some office hours are expected (flexible)
Additional Information
Strong communication and organizational skills are essential. Prior soccer coaching experience is desirable. Competitive pay DOE.
